Return to the Wisdom Within is a guided group experience designed to help you come home to your body. Through breath, movement, and energy work I'll guide you there.

Together, we’ll soften the tension, release what’s been held, and remember how to live from the heart.

When women gather in a field of safety and connection, healing happens on every level.

You’ll experience the strength of shared energy as your body unwinds, your energy realigns, and your system remembers how to self-regulate and heal.

What to expect:

• A welcoming & safe gathering space
• Grounding breath & gentle movement
• Guided meditation
• Spinal Energetics & Energy Work
• Time for integration & reflection
• Tea, nourishing snacks, community connection & space to share

The space will be held with the highest level of energetic integrity and care, intentionally created to ensure a grounded, safe and supportive environment for your experience.

Leave feeling calmer, centred, held and more connected to your body’s natural intelligence - ready to live more aligned with your heart.

What to bring:

• A journal and pen
• Optional: Anything that makes you feel comfortable and safe eg: a favourite blanket or pillow but not required.

Mat, bolster, multiple blankets will be supplied.

• You hear or feel “I need this” coming from within or it’s a full body ‘yes’.
• If you are craving community & being surrounded by women who can hold space for you.
• If you can sense something inside of you needs support to shift
• If you feel the desire to connect more clearly with the information within you.
