DUPは、世界中の音楽と踊り(動く瞑想)を通して、あらゆる違いを越え、私たちはもとは一つだよね、という感覚を体感する平和ムーヴメント。
人との繋がり、自然との繋がりを取り戻す、コミュニティを育んでいく輪。

1968年から50カ国以上で行われてきたDUP。
創始者のMurshid SAMはアメリカに禅を広めた千崎如幻禅師に30年師事したのち、この精神的な道であるDUPを作りました。
老若男女誰でも簡単にできる踊り(動く瞑想)と、それぞれの文化が大切にしているワンフレーズの歌をみんなで覚えて奏でていきます。

いのちをお祝いし合うようなあたたかな時間です。
経験や年齢、背景に関わらず、どなたでもご参加いただけます。
DUPは言葉の壁を越えるので、海外の方も参加可能です。

〜今回参加するMindful City Kamakura Weekは、一般社団法人Zen2.0が主催する、鎌倉全体を舞台とした共創型のフェスティバルです。
2025年11月16日から22日までの1週間、「Spirituality in Nature」をテーマに、鎌倉の豊かな自然や文化の中に息づく精神性を探求する多様なイベントが市内各所で開催されます〜

横浜横須賀道路 朝比奈ICより鎌倉方面へ 県道２３号に入り 左折して県道２０４号を通って鎌倉市内に入ります
朝比奈ICから約２０分です 一般参詣者用の駐車場はございませんので 近隣のコインパーキングをご利用下さい。

＜施設利用料＞安国論寺の利用料として、1人1,300円を、お申込時にお支払いください。

＜参加費＞当日会場にてドネーション(ご寄付)を集めます。(現金のみ)
DUPはどんな人にも開かれている場でありたいという想いから、寄付制で行われています。いただいたご寄付は、DUPを伝えていくためのツアー交通費や研修費などにあてさせていただきます。

・輪の真ん中に大切なものを持ち寄る"平和の祈りの祭壇"を作ります。何かお供えしたいものがあればご自由にお持ちください。(植物、石、お守りなど。お持ち帰りいただけます。)
【参加に関して】
・音楽やダンスの経験はまったく問いません。どなたでもご参加いただけます。服装や信仰も自由です。
・香りに敏感な方もいます。なるべくどんな方も心地の良く、安心して過ごせる環境を作れたらと思っているので、香水はつけず、人工香料の強い洗剤や柔軟剤を使用してない服装でお願いします。(環境に優しいナチュラルな洗濯洗剤をぜひ)。
・お子さま連れの参加について
DUPは瞑想的な静かになる時間も大切にしています。基本的には大人向けの内容になってます。そんな輪に入れそうなお子さんはDUP参加もウェルカムです！もし途中でお子さんが遊びたくなってしまったら、外で遊べそうな空間に連れてってあげるなど、みんなが集中できて、お子さんも楽しめるようなケアを親御さん自身でお願い致します。

神奈川県秦野を拠点にDUP”イノリノネcircle”を主催。
幼少期よりシンガーソングライターを志し、夢だったメジャーデビューを果たすが、純粋な音楽を探求していくうちに独立の道へ。
夫の兒玉峻との音楽ユニット「コダマトチヨ」として活動をしていく中で、パーマカルチャー映画「TERRAぼくらと地球のくらし方」の音楽を担当することになり、その流れでDUPに出会う。DUPの原始的な音楽の在り方に癒されている。
秦野の自然豊かな古民家で、音楽とYOGAの力をかけ合わせた音浴YOGAスタジオManaihoを開いている。
Based in Hadano, Kanagawa Prefecture, she leads the DUP “Inorinone Circle.”
From a young age, she aspired to be a singer-songwriter, eventually achieving her dream of making a major debut. However, as she continued to pursue pure and authentic music, she chose the path of independence.
While performing with her husband, Shun Kodama, as the musical duo Kodama to Chiyo, she was invited to compose the music for the permaculture film "TERRA-Green Planet-." This led her to encounter the Dances of Universal Peace, and she now finds deep healing in this primal, elemental approach to music.
In a traditional countryside house surrounded by the rich nature of Hadano, she runs Manaiho, a sound-bath yoga studio that blends the power of music and yoga.

弦楽器奏者
アコースティックギター、リゾネーターギター、カメレンゴ二(アフリカンハープ)などを奏で、民族音楽からエフェクターを駆使した実験音楽まで、ありとあらゆる弦の波動を遊びつくす空間芸術家。
心象風景を描く独自のサウンドは、その地の空気とシンクロする。
平岡千代との音楽ユニット"コダマトチヨ"として、秦野を拠点にDUP"イノリノネcircle"を開いている。
String Instrumentalist
A spatial artist who plays a wide range of stringed instruments — from acoustic guitar and resonator guitar to the kamelen n’goni (African harp) — exploring every vibration of the strings, from traditional folk music to experimental sounds that make full use of effects.
Their original soundscapes, which evoke vivid inner landscapes, resonate in harmony with the atmosphere of each place they perform.As part of the musical duo "Kodama to Chiyo" with Chiyo Hiraoka, they host the DUP “Inorinone Circle” based in Hadano.

A Circle of Singing and Dancing for Peace – Dances of Universal Peace (DUP)
Through songs and dances from around the world—moving meditations—we go beyond all differences and experience the deep sense that we are one. "Toward the One"
DUP is a peace movement that helps us reconnect with each other, with nature, and with community.
Since 1968, DUP has been practiced in over 50 countries. Its founder, Murshid SAM, studied for 30 years under Zen Master Nyogen Senzaki, who helped bring Zen to America, before creating this spiritual path of Dances of Universal Peace.
These dances are simple and accessible for everyone—young or old, with or without experience. Together, we learn short sacred phrases from different traditions and sing them as we move in circle dances.
It is a warm, heart-opening time of celebrating life together.
Everyone is welcome, regardless of age, background, or experience. DUP transcends language barriers, so international participants can also join.

【Venue】Kannon Hall within the grounds of Ankokuron-ji Temple
＜Access Information＞
There is no parking available on site. Please use public transportation.The venue is about a 15-minute walk from JR Kamakura Station.We warmly invite you to enjoy a stroll through the historic old town of Kamakura, beautiful in every season, on your way to Ankokuron-ji Temple.
From JR Kamakura Station (East Exit):
On foot: approx. 15 minutes
By taxi: approx. 5 minutes
By bus: Keikyu Bus routes “Kama 30” (via Nagoe to Zushi Station) or “Kama 31” (to Midorigaoka Entrance). Get off at Nagoe stop, then walk about 3 minutes.
By Car:From Asahina IC on the Yokohama–Yokosuka Road, head toward Kamakura. Enter Route 23, then turn left onto Route 204 into Kamakura city. Travel time from Asahina IC is about 20 minutes.
Please note: There is no parking lot for general visitors at the temple. Please use nearby coin-operated parking lots.
【Fee】 Venue Fee + Participation (Donation)
＜Venue Fee＞As a usage fee for Ankokuron-ji Temple, please pay 1,300 yen per person at the time of registration.
Holders of the MCKY Pass are exempt from the venue fee. (Donations for participation can be given at the venue.)

＜Participation (Donation)＞On the day of the event, donations will be collected at the venue (cash only).
DUP is held on a donation basis, guided by the wish to keep the circle open and accessible to everyone. Your contributions help cover travel expenses for DUP tours as well as training and educational costs.We would be grateful if you could offer a donation in the amount that feels right for you on the day. (Please bring the exact amount, as no change will be available.)
【What to Bring】
Your own drink
We will create a Peace Prayer Altar in the center of the circle by bringing meaningful items together. Please feel free to bring something you would like to offer (plants, stones, talismans, etc.). You are welcome to take your item back afterward.
【Participation Guidelines】
・No prior experience needed. Music or dance background is not required. Everyone is welcome, regardless of age, clothing, or faith.
・Fragrance-free environment. Some participants are sensitive to scents. To create a safe and comfortable space for all, please avoid perfume and clothing washed with strong artificial fragrances or fabric softeners. (Eco-friendly, natural laundry detergents are encouraged.)
・Children’s participation.
DUP also values moments of quiet meditation, so the circle is primarily designed for adults. However, children who are able to join calmly are welcome.If your child becomes restless or wants to play, we kindly ask parents to care for them by stepping outside to a play-friendly space, so that everyone can focus and enjoy.
