Women’s Self Defense Class

Good day all!! This is Kris Flood and Frank Giglio from Striking Balance Martial Arts. We are offering a women’s self defense class for the month of August. We will show you basic striking and defense against an attacker that grabs you. We will also show you basic ground defense as well. The dates are August 7th,14th,21st,and28th at 7PM.
