This is your opportunity to tune out the noise and tune into yourself; an invitation to slow down and connect with your inner guides for an hour of transformation and exploration inspired by the energies of the moment.

WIND DOWN SAUNA - 7pm • not facilitated

This session is for people who'd prefer a quieter vibe; the atmosphere at Wildcat will be set for relaxation and depth.

A peaceful soundtrack - candles and soothing smells will set the scene. It's not a silent session (that's afterwards) but a more chilled hour. There will be tea available throughout.

SILENT SAUNA - 8pm • not facilitated

This unfacilitated session is for people who'd like to use the sauna in an atmosphere of quiet with no music playing.

Staff will be on hand as usual. The vibe will be set for an hour of peace...
