Sacred Song Circle

So excited about starting the monthly Song Circles again in Frome 🎶🎶🎶. Joining forces with the awesome @nataliemossayebi at The Silk Nest.

Chanting is a form of meditation, and has many benefits, a few are: helps release feel good hormones, helps regulate the heart rate, works to enhance the brainwaves of meditation, lowers blood pressure, relieves stress & anxiety, boosts immunity & positive thinking, reprograms the subconscious mind.

We will be playing guitars, drums and percussion to accompany all our voices. Singing chants from different traditions and creating a meditative and uplifting evening. No experience necessary, bring a cushion/rug/sheepskin :)
