Expect a nourishing blend of holistic practices including breathwork, somatic movement, yoga, meditation, fascial maneuvers, and subtle energy work — all thoughtfully designed to support nervous system regulation and embodied healing.

Rooted in her own healing journey, she offers practices that invite deep release, restoration, and reconnection.
