Nutrition, family meals and breastfeeding

Join us for breastfeeding support plus a chance to share ideas and experiences with other mums 🙂

Anyone who wants to can get some lunch there. However, even if you don't want to buy lunch, you can join us from 1pm or come later to join us for a chat about family meals and what happens to breastfeeding when your baby is eating with the rest of the family.
