PUBLIC COMMENT
Public comment may be made at the start of a regular meeting. Citizens making comments during Public Comments or Public Hearings should state their names and addresses for the record, be topic-specific and limit comments to no longer than three minutes. No Council action is taken on public comments and comments are taken under advisement. If a Council response is appropriate, the individual may receive a formal response at a later date.

HYBRID FORMAT
This meeting of the Frisco Town Council will be held Council Chambers AND via Zoom to respect the health and safety of others and to promote public engagement.
