A: While the class is dedicated to adults, we always create a environment to welcome kids and students to experience, enjoy, and make memories with their parents.
Q: What if I'm not a dancer?
A: No worries! This class is perfect for you. All choreography, and fitness moves will be constructed for alterations for class and individuals if needed.
