Beginners 5 week block yoga classes ✨445pm-545pm✨ Mondays and is ongoing, just paid in 5 week blocks or a casual class is $22 . I've been teaching yoga for over 20years and absolutely love it!!😍 If you've always wanted to try yoga but haven't yet or prefer a gentler slower style of yoga then this is the class for you🙏 Flow style stretching, strengthening and relaxation, every week different, with options given to make easier or a little more intense
