POP Pilates Workshop with Bethany -2 spot left 💃🏻

What is POP Pilates you ask? It's a mat based, full body, equipment free, core driven, pilates inspired program that flows to the beat of pop music. It will feel like a dance on the mat 💃
Bethany Cleveland, is a certified POP Pilates instructor and will have this workshop as an intro to POP Pilates. She will discuss what POP Pilates is and instruct a 1 hr beginner friendly POP Pilates class.
