Join us for a blissful session of sound healing and water ceremony, where soothing sounds and vibrations will wash away stress and tension. Bathe in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, gong, chimes and sounds of nature. Prepare and charge the sacred water with your intentions. Show your appreciation for the special women in your life with this harmonious event. This will be an intimate gathering at my home studio with 8 ladies max, so we can share and connect better according to your comfort levels.

What to Bring: Yoga Mat, Blanket/Shawl, Water Bottle, Journal & Pen

Optional: Anything you want to place in the altar for this sacred ceremony. (Photograph, affirmation card, written intentions, flowers, candle, crystal etc.), A vegetarian snack to share with the group
