About the event

Introduction to Meditation

Karma Zopa Lhundrup is a chaplaincy student in the Karma Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. As part of his training, he will be offering ‘Introduction to Meditation’ classes for the public.

There will also be ample time for Q&A and discussion, as well as occasional thinking prompts. Arrive in comfortable clothing and a willingness to discover.
