In this semi-private class, you will slow down, tune-in, and melt into a delicious flow state as I gently guide you from one asana (yoga pose) to the next. Philosophical themes, story telling, pranayama and meditations will be delicately woven throughout, giving you plenty of space and time to feel, open and connect.

This class is perfect for those who are seeking a mindful and embodied approach to their yoga practice.
