We are back at the awesome Port Beach Brewery on Saturday the 19th of July for our epic meatfest aka the 6 Hour BBQ, Burger and Taco Degustation. �
Who remembers the last massive day with all the food, fun, laughs and shenanigans? ���
Our class is a memorable gift that’ll keep giving melt in your mouth goodies to everyone, with what you’ve learned from the class. ��
You’ll be fed not long after arrival and then throughout the day and learn the basics of replicating it all at home before the epic meat platter at the end.
This isn’t just a boring BBQ class, we’ll put on a show and entertain you all day long.
This one is special with camping under the stars and having a beer or two well into the night.
On the menu is:

� Cheap brisket so you can compare,
� Poor Man’s BURNT ENDS!
� Beef tacos,
� Pork tacos,
� Smash Burger sliders,
� Pulled Pork,
� Reverse Seared Rib Eye,
� Lamb Ribs,
� Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages,
� Cornbread.
