Forty-Four 4 Forty-Four 🏃🏽🏃🏽🏃🏽🏃🏽

POSTPONED...New date Saturday
Last year a bunch of us ran (in full or in part) 43km for my 43rd birthday! Good effort gang!


Well the Earth has almost completed its trip around the Sun which means it's almost time to consider 44km for my 44th birthday!


The intention was for this to become an annual tradition and since it only happened for the first time last year this year is required to make it so...and then I can leave it to wither and die like the house plant I promised myself I'd keep alive. Or it may flourish! As Ghandi said, "don't stop believing, hold on to that feeling." Man I hate that song.


Anyway, I'd love to have some company along the way, whether it's for the full 44, the last 4, or somewhere in between; all are welcome! It'll end with lots of water, sugary drinks and coffee, but more importantly sore legs, chafe, smelly sweat, smiles, high fives and good vibes.


Route pending and if you want to work out a bit of a training plan for any distance we can have a yarn about that too! It's a good excuse to stay a little bit fitter over silly season after all!
