Frappe Keychains

Make a keychain that looks good enough to eat on Wednesday, July 9 at Freeport Community Library. Drop in between 3-5 p.m. Kids will use foamy “ice cream” of various colors and decorate it with sprinkles inside a tiny milkshake container!
