Seminar Series: Economics vs. Reality

Join us as we have invited Katarina Juselius to disseminate the dominating economic paradigm. The economy is the foundation for how society runs and how politics is shaped. Economics, however, is becoming more and more abstract and matemathical - losing grip of reality - and lacks connection to the real social world.

Professor Emerita Katarina Juselius is an economist with special interest in econometrics. With the impressive record of a professorship at University of Copenhagen for 29 years Katarina knows a thing or two about economics. Her economic modelling work around the CVAR model lead her to be one of the world most cited economist's in the 1990's.
