This 2-day immersive training is powerfully designed to take your saunagus facilitation to the next level by focusing on the subtle art of space holding. Unlike traditional saunagus that emphasize heat intensity, technical skills and physicality, this course teaches you to cultivate a deeper, more meditative & ritualistic experience. Whether you're a seasoned gusmester or new to the field, you’ll learn to hold space with emotional sensitivity, energetic awareness, and intentionality to guide profound transformations in your participants.
With a unique blend of emotional presence, trauma-informed care, and holistic ritual design, this training prepares you to lead saunagus with grace, depth and empathy. By the end, you will feel more confident to create safer, intentional environments in which participants can release, realise and restore.

*Who Is This Training For?*
This course is for saunagus facilitators (gusmester) looking to refine their presence, deepen their understanding of emotional and energetic space, and integrate essential oils and sound on a greater depth into their sauna rituals. It is ideal for:
- Gusmester professionals who wish to offer a more meditative, heart-centered experience.
- Yoga teachers or wellness practitioners looking to incorporate saunagus into their offering (but this training does not make you a qualified gusmester, you must still go on to complete a basic saunagus training for the technical skills required to facilitate).
- Those looking to work with emotional energy, breath pacing, and sensory regulation in sauna settings.
