We’re thrilled to welcome Matilda Bengtsson as our instructor for these special sessions, her first time teaching at Hoppenhagen! So let's give her an energetic welcome!
Here’s a little intro from her🙈: "Hi! I’m Matilda and I’ve been “kangoo jumping” since I joined my mom’s kangoo classes at Kämpinge gymnastikförening as a kid. I’ve been a dance teacher at various dancing schools but now as a mother of two I enjoy that kangoo is a gentle but effective workout that is easy on the knees.
I come for the fun and the social part of it just as much as I come for the sweat! :)"
