Handstand Sessions with Sunniva! 🤸‍♀️

We're thrilled to announce that the incredible handbalancing artist Sunniva will be teaching three handstand sessions with us this spring! Whether you're refining your line or just getting comfortable upside down, this is for you.

🗓️ Dates:
• May 3
• May 17
• May 31
More dates might be added depending on interest!

🕤 Time:
• We have access to the space from 9:00
• Class runs from 9:30–11:00
• General body warm-up is self-led, so come a bit early to get warm and ready to handstand. We'll do a shared wrist warm-up when the class starts.

📍 Where: Hermeshallen (the 3rd and 17th - location is still to be decided on the 31st).

📌 Pre-req:
You must be confident kicking up into a handstand without using a wall. You don’t have to be able to hold the handstand.

👥 Who can join?
These sessions are open to members of our association. The price is 100 DKK per session, and you need to be a member to participate.
