Join us for a unique evening of flavour, craft, and community as we host an exclusive Cider Tasting featuring the award-winning creations of Bjerregaarden Cider.

Founded by Ritt Bjerregaard and now lovingly run by Mads, Signe, and their three children, Bjerregaarden crafts exceptional organic cider from a diverse mix of 60–85 apple varieties,- including true cider apples from both France and England. Produced at their own on-site cidery, these ciders are known for their complex flavour, refreshing astringency, and full-bodied mouthfeel.

The Bjerregaarden orchard is a model of sustainability and biodiversity. Organically managed with no pesticides, fertilizers, or irrigation, it thrives with wildflower strips, long grasses, bird boxes, and rich soil microlife, all of which contribute to the distinctive character of their ciders.
