We invite you to join our ALIVE Workshop series - a 2.5-hour immersive session where we dive into a focused topic, creating a shared space for personal growth and embodied connection.

The upcoming workshop: Primal Play & Pleasure
For this evening, Cherie will be your host, guiding you through a practice that invites you to tune into your body, embrace pleasure, and connect with others in a grounded and authentic way.
Time: 19:30-22:00
Location: Rört, Thoravej 35, Copenhagen
We’ll begin with a 2-hour Primal Play workshop with the theme of “pleasure,” where you’ll be invited to:
➖ Tune into your body and senses, discovering what sensuality feels like when you’re grounded and present.
➖Play with movement, touch, and presence to connect authentically with yourself and others.
➖Open up to new ways of experiencing intimacy and pleasure in a safe, consensual, and respectful space.
Afterward, we move into an open cuddle space, where you can relax softly, connect more deeply, explore sensuality and pleasure with others or simply enjoy a snack in the lounge.
We will end the evening in a closing circle.
What is Primal Play?
Primal Play is a practice that reconnects you with the joy and aliveness of your body. It’s about getting out of your head and into your physical experience, letting go of expectations, and rediscovering the playful, spontaneous energy we often lose touch with in everyday life. Through movement, touch, and presence, Primal Play invites you to experience pleasure in the moment, in connection with yourself and others.
Who can join?
ALIVE is a community for people aged 20-45 who are curious about embodied experiences and deeper ways of connecting with themselves and others.
You don’t need any prior experience to join. Whether you come alone, with a friend, or with a partner, everyone is welcome.

About your facilitator:
Cherie Ellen is a certified psychotherapist and facilitator in the field of tantra and intimacy. She welcomes individuals, couples, and groups to slow down and connect from the realness of the present moment, felt in the body.
With years of experience working with embodiment, nervous system regulation, and authentic relating, Cherie is all about creating a brave space for intimacy to blossom.
Her approach is warm and playful, bringing curiosity and lightness into the exploration of connection, making room for both depth and ease.
