This is an evening for us to come together as a community to move, play and dance with what is ALIVE for us in each moment. You can go deep into your own dance or connect with the others in the room - just as you desire.

Let us walk you through what to expect: As you arrive to the lounge, you can enjoy a cup of Ceremonial Cacao, hang out, and slowly land
Then begins an optional “Mingle & Connect Workshop” where you can meet some of the other beings in the space and share moments of breath, eye-connection, movement and soft nervous system regulation. Arrive latest at 19:30 if you want to join the guided part.
After our Opening Circle at 20:00, we will move through an ecstatic dance journey with a delicious DJ set served to you by ALBA. You are invited to bring your whole self; your softness, wildness, stillness and playfulness. The music will rise and fall, sometimes slow, sometimes wild, sometimes sensual - opening space for pleasure, presence, and everything in between.
As the music fades, we shift into a quiet space for rest and integration. You’re welcome to lie down, share cuddles, or simply soak in the soft presence of others before we all come together in a Closing Circle to end the night.

Fie & Cherie will guide a few connection exercises to help you arrive in the room, meet some new faces, and feel part of the evening from the start.
20:00 – Opening Circle
Doors close. We will connect as a group and introduce the guidelines for the night.
20:10 – Ecstatic Dance Journey
Ecstatic Dance journey with a delicious DJ set served to you by ALBA.
22:00 – Melt & Cuddle
We slow down for rest and integration. You’re welcome to lie down, share cuddles, or simply soak in the soft presence of others.
22:15 – Closing Circle

What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance is freeform movement. It’s barefoot, it’s sober, and it’s an invitation to explore your body and emotions through dance. It’s about being with what’s here and letting it move.
What is ALIVE?
ALIVE is a growing movement of embodied gatherings for the younger community in Copenhagen. We're also behind the ALIVE Tantra Festival, a three-day celebration of connection, embodiment, and aliveness. Next festival is in April 2026. Stay tuned for more info here: www.alivetantrafestival.com
Who is welcome:
This space is open to adults aged 20–45, whether you’re totally new to ecstatic dance or have danced your whole life. You don’t need any experience, just curiosity and a willingness to feel.
