*What is AcroYoga?*
AcroYoga combines yoga and acrobatics in a style of movement where two or more people are flying and basing each other in partner poses and flows. Acroyoga can be fun and creative. It challenges our strength, flexibility and balance.
Acroyoga is not only a physical practice that challenges and improves our body control and awareness. It’s also a practice that can lead you close friendships in a community of openminded people where we all share the interest of learning how to cooperate, trust and be playful together.
*The Teachers:*
Eva is a certified AcroYoga and Circus trainer and loves to play and sweat in community. In her facilitation she creates a safe and creative space for everyone to grow together and support each other.
Tatjana has been teaching yoga, movements and dance for many years. She is a certified AcroYoga teacher. She lived 4 years in Brussels and was one of the core teachers in the Belgium Acro Community. She is a part of the teacher team for the Family AcroYoga Teacher Training in Europe. Tatjana did a research project about how to use acroyoga as a pedagogical tool.

*Experience Prerequisites*
None. With this class we want to create a safe environment for beginners to join the acroyoga community. We will fit the workshops content to the participants.
Also, you don’t need to attend with a partner. You will get to train with many new people in every class.
*WHERE & WHEN*
Mondays at 19.45 – 21.15 at Hermes hallen, Steenwinkelsvej 19, 1966 Frederiksberg.
DATES
The course starts on the 13th of January. The course ends on the 12th of May. There are 18 classes in the course. You can also sign up for a half course, 9 classes.
PRICE, STUDENT
900 DKK (half course) / 1500 DKK (full course)

1100 DKK (half course) / 1800 DKK (full course)
Half a course: 9 times from the 13th of January – 10th of March 2025
A full course: 14 times from 13th of January – 12th of May 2025
