Summer Sound Bath (New Moon) Meditation

Let’s share some summer magic after a stressful week of intense energy!

Come and enjoy the beauty of an outside sound meditation.

Location: Angelview park, my favourite outside spot for holding these events right by the
Woolstak River.

Bring: Yoga mat, blanket, or camping chair for the meditation, layers to cover up as the temperature can drop fast in the evenings, water for hydration, bug spray (fingers crossed for good weather)

A Sound meditation can balance the chakras & naturally allow the body to regenerate at a cellular level, enhancing our ability to enter a meditative state.

The harmonic frequencies of the bowls promote healing, introspection & deep relaxation. Crystal singing bowl sound therapy is a truly restorative experience for mind, body & spirit.
