Four events. Two disciplines. One unforgettable day.

Divisions:
Competitive Division– Standardized weights and climbing challenges for those chasing the podium.

Only 2 movements will require weights:
Sandbag Carry - 100# for men, 50# for women.
Medicine Ball Situps - 20# for men, 14# for women.

Open Division – Same great workouts with freedom to choose the weights for you
