We are excited to announce that we are hosting a League wide picture day again! We are partnering with Picture Perfect Photography and their wonderful team to provide every team and athlete the opportunity to have their season captured.
WHEN/WHERE: Saturday, May 10th at Patriot Park field #3.
PICTURE DAY WHAT TO EXPECT:
1. ORDER FORMS:
-PLEASE FILL OUT FORM AND TURN IN WITH PAYMENT (WILL BE COLLECTED ON PICTURE DAY)
-WE ACCEPT CASH, CHECK, AND ALL CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS
-ORDER FORMS CAN BE TURNED IN AT ANYTIME DURING THE SHOOT
-ORDER FORMS WILL BE RETURNED TO CUSTOMERS WITH PICTURES
2. PLAYERS/PARENTS:
-BE IN UNIFORM AND PICTURE READY 15
MINUTES PRIOR TO SCHEDULED TIME
-PLEASE BRING YOUR SPORTS EQUIPMENT &
ALL ACCESSORIES (Bat, glove, helmet)
3. COACHES (OR TEAM PARENT):
-PLEASE HELP WITH PLAYER'S POSES, WRITING NAMES DOWN, AND ASSISTING THE PHOTOGRAPHER (S)
-BE PICTURE READY WITH TEAM 15 MINUTES
PRIOR TO SCHEDULED TIME (TEAM SCHEDULE WILL BE SENT OUT TO THE TEAM MANAGERS SOON) Schedule will be worked around game times and locations. Each team and its athletes will only take about 15 minutes to photograph.

We are also taking this opportunity to collect ALL-STAR PLAYER NOMINATIONS.
VOTING DAY WHAT TO EXPECT:
- As our kid pitch division teams finish taking pictures, they will go over to the voting area and submit their ballots for the upcoming All-Star season. Each athlete, manager and assistant coaches on record will be given a ballot to fill out and submit.
1. Senior, Junior, and Intermediate Divisions (Baseball and Softball):
-The manager, 1st and 2nd assistant coaches of record (League Approved Volunteers), and all players shall cast a ballot choosing five (5) players. The Manager’s vote shall break any tie votes. Players shall not vote for themselves.
2. Majors Divisions (Baseball and Softball):
-The manager, 1st and 2nd assistant coaches of record (League Approved Volunteers), and all players shall cast a ballot
choosing a maximum of five (5) players per player league age. The Manager’s vote shall break any tie votes. Players shall not vote for themselves.
3. Minor Division Team (in Baseball -- AA and AAA teams) (Softball -- Minor Softball):
-The manager, 1st and 2nd assistant coaches of record (League Approved Volunteers), and all players shall cast a ballot choosing a maximum of five (5) players per player league age. The Manager’s vote shall break any tie votes. Players shall not vote for themselves.
