Melina Gross Memorial Workout

Please join us this Saturday morning for a memorial workout (class times and 7:00 and 8:30) to honor our dear friend and fellow athlete, Melina Gross.

Melina joined CrossFit Forward in August 2019. She was a fierce athlete and competitor, finding joy in CrossFit whether it was at a Saturday class with her friends or from atop the podium at a competition. More importantly, she was a fierce friend, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
