It is always FREE admission to come to our front area of the farm which is our pick-your -own flower fields, pick produce to purchase in the market (all produce sold by the pound!) and visit our Braehead Farm Market, lunch kitchen and picnic!
*Pick your own flowers and produce or purchase prepicked fruits, veggies and flowers!!! JULY THROUGH SEPTEMBER
BLACKBERRIES, RASPBERRIES, BLUEBERRIES, GRAPES- Norton, Concord, Niagra, PEPPERS-Bell, Snacking, Hungarian, Jalapeno, Habanero, ghost, Chili. BEETS, CARROTS, KALE, COLLARDS, OKRA, SQUASH, TOMATOES, EGGPLANT, ZUCCHINI, GREEN BEANS, WATERMELON, CANTALOUPE, HONEYDEW, CANARY MELON
CUT YOUR OWN FLOWERS-ZINNIAS, CELOSIA, MARIGOLD, AND SUNFLOWERS.
*Stay for lunch and they have dairy fresh ice cream and milkshakes!
The Braehead Farm Lunch Kitchen is open weekends from 11am-4pm.
*You can picnic beside the market for free or in the Family Playgrounds if you have paid admission. We do have limited table spaces inside the market for lunch and ice cream.
*Play in the Family Playgrounds- $6.00 (+tax) per person- Age 2 and under are free.
*Farm animals….chickens, cows, pigs, goats, alpacas, horses, rabbits, sheep…and honeybees to watch in their visual hive!
Braehead Farm Market: Purchase fresh baked cookies, pies, and loaf cakes! The Market is full of jams, honey, elderberry syrup, bakery items, fresh free rang chicken eggs, fresh dairy, fresh meat and more! There is also fresh prepicked produce!
*Pets are welcome, on a leash. BY LAW, pets are NOT allowed in the front Pick-Your-Own fields, but we do allow them in the other parts of our farm.
