BeWell Lifestyle Medicine

BeWell is a holistic approach to health using Lifestyle Medicine interventions - including a whole-food, plant-predominant eating pattern, regular physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, avoidance of risky substances, and positive social connections - as a primary method to prevent, treat, and even reverse chronic diseases. Using Lifestyle Medicine concepts, balance can be restored to both mental and physical health. BeWell was founded by PA Lauren Bock, who has been a PA since 2007, practicing in Internal Medicine, Primary Care, and Preventative Cardiology.

Nutrition class: an introduction to the importance of nutrition as the foundation of health, focusing on nutrient-rich, high-fiber foods.
