Splash PoinT Donation Yoga Class with DeAnna Houston at Baker Park

Join Splash PoinT and DeAnna Houston for a special outdoor yoga session designed for women. This all-levels class will focus on gentle movement to ease common aches and pains, with a strong emphasis on calming the nervous system and supporting overall well-being.

This class is donation-based, with all proceeds supporting The Splash PoinT - a free, vibrant, interactive splash pad in Frederick, designed to be a community space for connection and as a tribute to Simon Turner.
