Navigating the Joys and Challenges of Motherhood

Join us for this free monthly group series created for mothers with children 23 months and younger. Led by Dr. Maria Drvoshanov, a fellow mom and licensed psychologist, this series offers:

-A supportive community
-Strategies for alleviating postpartum depression (PPD) and anxiety (PPA)
-Skills for setting healthy boundaries
-Tools to enhance communication
-Guidance on navigating changes in identity
-Support in adjusting to new roles and responsibilities
-Increased hope, joy, and connection
