Microgreens: Tiny Plants, Big Impact!

In this hands-on activity, kids will discover the world of microgreens—tiny, nutritious plants that are easy to grow at home, even if you don’t have a garden. We’ll learn what microgreens are, why they’re especially great for urban homes or small spaces, and how they can add fresh flavors to meals. Kids will match different microgreens with their pictures, taste a few varieties, and plant their own tray of microgreens to take home and watch grow!

Age group: Birth-5, Elementary, All ages
