Swirls is a delightful locally owned, small business in Frederick whose goal is to provide something for everyone, so in addition to our premium soft serve and scooped ice cream (including sundaes and shakes), they offer fresh açaí bowls, coffee/espresso drinks, and bubble tea, in addition to non-dairy/vegan options.
