Join us for Preparing for Postpartum: The 4th Trimester, a FREE in-person support group designed to help you feel emotionally prepared, informed, and supported as you enter postpartum life.

� When: Sunday, January 25
� Time: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
� Where: The Sophia Center, Frederick, MD

� What we’ll cover:
• Emotional preparation for the postpartum period
• Tools for stress, sleep, and mood changes
• A safe space to ask real questions
• Confidence-building and anxiety-reducing support
• Connection with others in a similar season

� This group meets every 4th Sunday of the month (ongoing support!)
