Exploring Mindfulness Workshop

In today’s fast-paced world, stress has become a common experience for individuals across all demographics. The increasing demands of work, family, and social life can lead to heightened levels of anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Research has shown that mindfulness practices can significantly reduce stress and improve overall mental well-being. While facilitated by a licensed Therapist, this group is being offered as a support group and not a therapeutic group. There are so many ways to practice mindfulness including creative activities that can help get us out of our heads, allow us to be present in the moment and enhance our overall well-being. In this event, we will create collage paper mandalas. All supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring photographs or other decorative papers you might want to add to your mandala. No art skills needed. The facilitator will also lead a separate guided meditation.

Donations are appreciated, but never required. Your presence is what truly matters! We suggest a donation of $10 if you would like to contribute financially.
