Evolve Affiliate Children's Invitational Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Tournament

The Evolve Academy Affiliate Children's Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Tournament is a Gi-Only tournament open to all Evolve Academy of Martial Arts Affiliated schools and those schools personally invited to attend by Master Mike Moses, Professor Zach Davis, Professor Kenny Brown or Professor Mark Munster.

This tournament will help our students to learn how to compete and gain experience in order to prepare for bigger competitions, both in Jiu-Jitsu and in life. What builds emotional stability and maturity is experiencing the ability to face adversity and challenge with an open mind and fighting spirit. Children especially, who build the capacity to face challenge with comfort, even when the odds are high, will become adults who are able to persevere in a challenging world.

Every match brings an opportunity for all who are participating to gain experience and learn something. We all strive to win but our goal is to embrace the opportunity to grow and learn and this is the primary focus of this tournament. We would like to kindly ask all parents and coaches to uphold the same standards.

The philosophy we want to spread in that of friendship, camaraderie and learning. Our tournament is designed to be fun, laid back and relaxed. We encourage coaches to offer bracket recommendations based on their student's knowledge, experience and ability in BJJ. We wish this to be a positive experience for all those involved!
