CATOCTIN MOUNTAIN CRUISE AND PICNIC

This is the biggest cruise of the year and the perfect time to drive through the Catoctin Mountains with the scenic roads and the changing colors of the leaves.

Meet time: 9:00 am
Depart time: 9:30 am
We will cruise through the back roads of Frederick, Thurmont, Washington County and the Catoctin Mountain, ending at the Pavilion located in Cunningham Falls State Park for a picnic.
This event is also part of our annual Toys for Tots donation drive. We will have a 50/50 raffle to benefit Toys for Tots at the picnic and are accepting toy donations at the event.

The Club will be providing the full picnic menu. The menu will include fried chicken, sandwiches, chips, potato salad, water and soda, etc. We are NOT asking attendees to bring side dishes and desserts this year.
As always, the cruise is a family-friendly event that is open to anyone who wants to attend. However, we are asking attendees at the picnic who ARE NOT paid members of the Club to donate $10 towards the cost of the food.
For those that would like to cruise up together to the official meet spot as we’ve done in the past, we will meet at the Mt. Airy Park and Ride off 27 (

at 8:00 am. We will be leaving at 8:30 am promptly to join everyone else at the Frederick meet spot.
This is a leisurely Saturday morning cruise. Please remember that we are representing the Club and the car community, in general. We expect everyone to be on their best behavior when driving in the cruise. No burnouts, aggressive driving and / or excessive noise will be tolerated. You will be asked to leave if you violate these rules.
