This beer's name isn’t just a nod to its flavor but a homage to a true Frederick business pioneer - Ebert Ice Cream Co. Our brewery is proudly housed in the space built by Ebert in 1931, which at the time was one of the largest, indepently-owned ice cream plants in the country. So, cheers to the past and the present, to the innovators and the independent spirits. Cheers to the Ice Cream Man!
