• Winner does NOT need to be present to win
• Must be legally eligible to own the firearm
• All Federal & State laws apply
• Firearm will be transferred via Omega Defense Solutions to an FFL of your choice (unless local)
• Winner responsible for all FFL/Dealer transfer fees
• Local pickup available at Omega Defense Solutions
• CVMA® MD 40-1 will cover shipping if winner is 75+ miles from pickup location
• Winner has 30 days from drawing date to complete paperwork and take possession — or a new winner will be drawn
