Expect slow, mindful movement, grounding yet uplifting poses, and moments of reflection to help you set intentions for the season ahead. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or returning to your mat after time away, this class is designed to feel nourishing, welcoming, and restorative.

Please bring a yoga mat and dress comfortably for the weather. Spring’s fresh energy (and maybe a soft breeze) will be part of the experience.
