In the world of Pokemon, a young man discovers that his deceased father's Pikachu can talk - but only he can hear it. Together, they set out to solve the mystery of his police officer father's accident while encountering Mr. Mimes, underground Pokemon fighting tournaments, and a world-altering conspiracy.
Detective Pikachu is the first live-action entry in the beloved Pokemon franchise, and it was a smash-hit on release. One of the best video game film adaptations, it showcases great banter between stars Justice Smith and Ryan Reynolds.
