About the event

Franklin Rod & Gun 2025 Fishing Derby
The Franklin Rod & Gun Club Fishing Derby is June 7. Just $10 for adults and $5 for kids lets you fish all day and be eligible for great prizes. You'll also get free pizza for lunch and the all-you-can-eat breakfast is only an additional $5.

You can fish off our dock, bring your own boat (no gas motors), or use our canoes/kayaks (while they last). We'll have extra rods and some bait for the kids, as well.

Uncas Pond is stocked with trout (rainbows, browns, brookies) and we also have bass, pickerel, and lots of sun fish the little ones can catch.

This is one of our most beloved and popular annual events, so come down and have a blast!
