On May 17th, we will honor the legacy of Glen Miller, a Chicago Rebels leader since 2004, director of the Swing Dance America dance convention, and long-standing ambassador of the Chicago hustle & west coast swing dancing community. Glen you will be dearly missed!

Any proceeds from the Glen Miller Tribute Dance will be used to reimburse individuals who financially supported SDA 2025.
At Glen Miller’s personal request, several generous individuals purchased supplies, t-shirts, and other equipment out of their own pockets to help bring SDA 2025 to life.
Due to the ongoing and normal legal process involving Glen’s estate, they have not yet been reimbursed. This tribute is our way of fulfilling Glen’s wish to make sure they are made whole—repaying their kindness with the support of our community.

The founding Rebel members support continuing dances on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays at Franklin Park - details will be announced soon.
