This class invites us to meet that same still point within ourselves: a space of centered awareness amidst movement, warmth, and intensity.

Through a balanced sequence of kriyas, pranayama, and meditation, we’ll explore how stillness is not the absence of action, but the quiet center from which clarity, strength, and ease can emerge. This is a space to return to your breath, move with intention, and settle into a deeper rhythm—supporting both calm and vitality as summer unfolds.

No previous experience is needed. Come as you are.
