I am really looking forward to seeing you all this coming Sunday, the 20th of July, as we share and practice Kundalini Yoga kriyas and pranayamas together at the fantastic YogaMontez.

This session will focus on Kundalini Yoga kriyas and pranayamas, centered around the theme of "Rhythms of Renewal."

July Theme: Rhythms of Renewal

In the midst of life's constant motion, nature offers a rhythm of renewal—a continuous cycle of growth, rest, and rejuvenation. I invite you to join this class to align with that natural rhythm, finding your own pace of renewal and restoration.

Through a harmonious blend of kriyas, pranayama, and meditation, we will explore how renewal is not a distant goal, but a present process—one that fosters clarity, resilience, and inner peace.

This session provides a space to reconnect with your breath, move mindfully, and embrace the rhythm of renewal—supporting both tranquility and energy as summer progresses.

No previous experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and something comfortable to sit on.
