Workshop: Block Print Basics

Beat the winter blues with my Block Printing Basics Workshop! In this introductory workshop, participants will learn the fundamentals of block printing through a hands-on, step-by-step process.



We’ll cover: designing a simple image, safely carving a rubber block, and inking and printing by hand. Students will explore pattern, positive and negative space, and how to achieve clean, expressive prints. Through guided demonstrations and individual support, participants will gain a clear understanding of the block printing process and leave with a small edition of their own handmade prints.



This class is welcoming to beginners and anyone curious about printmaking, with no prior experience required. Teens and Adults only.
