Ice Cream Social • Nalls Produce

Saturday, August 23rd, join us for a community ice cream social at Nalls to celebrate Penny's birthday month!

This event will be from 11 am to 2 pm. Enjoy a complimentary scoop of super-premium vanilla or black raspberry ice cream from local South Mountain Creamery, plus plenty of delicious toppings. Invite your friends and neighbors!

The event is free, but we welcome donations to the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria and local nonprofit Extra-Ordinary Birthdays. Learn more below.

Pennies for Penny: Penny Pig is turning 14 years old this month! In honor of her special day, we are fundraising for the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria. We'll be collecting pennies and other spare change in a jar by the registers for the whole month of August, or you can donate online:

We are also collecting donations for a party supply drive! Local nonprofit Extra-Ordinary Birthdays works with shelters in the DMV to provide birthday parties for youth experiencing homelessness.
