45 Minute Sound Bath and Meditation Experience ($35)

Please join us for a delicious evening of intimate sound therapy by candlelight. Let's make sure we are balanced and in peaceful vibes as we move into these warmer months with longer days and so much more light! Walking into this season from a place of connection will give us that extra zen boost as we say goodbye to winter and helllllloooo to Spring and Summer!

This event will be insanely soothing for our minds and bodies. We will allow the frequencies to envelope our senses and soothe our pretty spirits.

This will be a very soft sound bath meant to hold space for cleansing, peaceful vibes.

We'll start our practice with some breath work, followed by the healing vibrations of sound. This will be a shorter immersive experience with selected instruments meant to soothe our nervous systems, calm our minds and relax our physical bodies.

We'll have candles, eye masks and yummy vibes waiting for you!
And chocolate.....obviously we'll have chocolate! :-)
